Dispensary onboarding, AI inventory & COA import, proxy bidding, automatic winner/outbid emails, and referral-fee billing — with compliance disclosures throughout. The platform never touches cannabis payment; the dispensary stays the seller of record.
New Mexico water-rights search & mapping over 278,000+ records. Search any address to see associated water rights, curtailment risk, legal status, acre-feet, and native OSE record pages on a live map — no off-site bounce. Built for the people who need to know whether a property has water.
A personal AI agent — a customized fork of the open-source OpenClaw assistant, the kind that talks to you on the channels you already use instead of living in one more app.
