Greenlight Labels (“we,” “us”) provides AI-assisted cannabis packaging design, marketing copy, and compliance-information tools to cannabis industry professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Greenlight Labels is a business tool and is not directed to consumers or to anyone under 21.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information to identify your account.
Brand profile. Details you choose to enter — brand name, state, product type, target customer, and notes — to tailor the AI’s responses.
Content you create. Chat messages, prompts, uploaded images or PDFs, generated designs, videos, and compliance labels.
Usage data. Basic counts of messages, images, and videos generated, used for plan limits and to improve the service.

How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
To personalize the AI’s output using your brand profile.
To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
To communicate with you about your account and the Service.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service. Content you submit may be processed by these providers solely to deliver features you request:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
Vercel — application hosting.
Anthropic (Claude) — powers the AI chat assistant.
OpenAI — powers packaging image generation.
fal.ai — powers promotional video generation.
Brevo — transactional and account email.
Google — sign-in (OAuth).

Data retention

Generated images and videos are retained on a plan-based schedule (for example, a limited window on the free plan and longer on paid plans). Your brand profile and chat history are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Selling of data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not post or send anything on your behalf.

Security

Your data is stored with access controls so that you can only access your own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

Access or update your brand profile at any time from your account.
Delete saved designs and videos from your gallery.
Request account and data deletion by contacting us.

Children

The Service is intended only for cannabis industry professionals who are at least 21 years old. It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
