These Terms govern your access to and use of Greenlight Labels (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Greenlight Labels is a business-to-business tool intended solely for cannabis industry professionals. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are a licensed cannabis business, an employee or authorized agent of one, or otherwise a professional operating within a legal cannabis market. The Service does not sell cannabis, is not intended for consumers, and may not be used by anyone under 21.

2. What the Service is

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate packaging design concepts, marketing copy, product imagery and video, and to provide general compliance-related information and label templates for cannabis products.

3. Not legal advice

Compliance information, label templates, warning text, and any regulatory guidance provided by the Service are for general informational purposes only and are not legal advice. Cannabis regulations change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying every requirement — including required label elements, warning language, and the official universal symbol — with your state cannabis regulator before printing, packaging, marketing, or selling any product. We do not guarantee that any output complies with applicable law, and we are not liable for fines, penalties, or losses arising from reliance on the Service.

4. AI-generated output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Designs are concepts, and any figures, text, or claims must be independently verified before use. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on or distributing it.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the brand information you provide and, as between you and us, the design outputs you generate for your own use. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes within a legal cannabis market.
Do not use the Service to market or sell cannabis to minors or to anyone under 21.
Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack the rights to use.

7. Plans and limits

The Service may impose usage limits and offer paid plans. Features, limits, and pricing may change. Where paid plans are offered, billing terms presented at the point of purchase apply.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and including any warranty that output is accurate or legally compliant.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenlight Labels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any regulatory fines, penalties, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any output.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
